Tech/Installer Qualification Requirements
• Possess a customer service-oriented focus
• Basic math and reading skills
• Previous work experience in a building trade, telecommunications company, utility
company and/or customer contact work experience preferred
• Personal computer skills are not required but would be a consideration for certain career
path opportunities
• Possess a valid driver’s license and "good" driving record
• Ability to lift, carries, and handles ladders that weigh up to 90 lbs.
• Ability to physically climb poles and/or ladders, and perform work at heights
• Available to work a six-day, full-time work week (i.e., mandatory overtime required)
• Personal work vehicle is required (late model VAN, SUV or Pickup Truck)

Will be required to pass a company drug, background, and Motor Vehicle Registration
screening.
