David Levitan – Chief Executive Officer
David began his career in the cable and broadcast industry 20 years ago and for the first 14 years, he served in a range of product and general management positions at Scientific Atlanta. In 2003, he became a co-founder of CableMatrix, where he facilitated the quick growth of the software start-up. Prior to launching Source Broadband Services, David served as the president of C-COR Network Services. After receiving his BA in Economics from Cornell University in 1983, David went on to earn his MBA from the Harvard Graduate School of Business in 1988.

Gary Lindgren – Chief Operating Officer
Gary 's more than 25 years of successful operations management experience includes 16 years of specific experience in the cable industry. Adept at directing technical divisions through periods of change and rapid growth, he has served at many of the industry's leading organizations, including Charter Communications, Sprint, and Media One Group. With a strong record of expense minimization, business procurement, and improving network reliability, he has been listed as one of the top 100 “Shakers and Movers” in CableFax magazine. Gary earned his BBA in Management and Marketing from Baylor University in 1980.

Mark Stalica, Vice President Business Development
A 20 year cable industry veteran, Mark has led sales and business development functions for some of telecom and cable's leading technology and service suppliers, both large and small.  After starting his cable career with Scientific-Atlanta, Mark held sales leadership roles with Motorola, Terayon, Entone and recently, Alcatel Lucent.  His commitment to exceptional customer service helps to drive Source Broadband Services to provide industry leading solutions to its business partners.

Gary Hahn – Vice President, Finance
Gary 's career has been fully dedicated to accounting and finance management ever since being named as the Director of International Operations for Vanstar Corporation in 1996. He has served as controller for some of the area's leading companies, including OneSource Holdings and ADP Tax Credit Services. Gary joined Source Broadband Services after three successful years as Director of Finance/Controller for C-COR Network Services. Gary attended the University of Michigan , where he earned a BBA in Accounting in 1984. He added an MBA in Management from Emory University ( Emory Business School ) in 1994.

Dean Hilderhoff – Vice President, Human Resources
Dean brings a solid history of accomplishment in human resource management to Source Broadband Services. After six years at Trinity Industries as the Director of Human Resources, Dean accepted the position of Divisional Director of Human Resources at Rubbermaid Corporation. He followed that up with a successful effort at Pulte Homes, and then entered the broadband services industry when he was named Director of Human Resources at C-COR Network Services in 2006. Dean's educational credits include a BS in Business Management from the University of Pittsburgh '88 and a MA in Industrial and Labor Relations from Indiana University '98.

Larry Warren – Chief Technologist
For more than a quarter century, Larry has served in positions of leadership and management in the cable industry. Over that time, his talents have been applied at a number of major organizations, including Intermedia Partners, Antec, Essex Cable, Motorola, and ITT. His list of successful projects includes overall technical responsibility for 55 CATV systems across three states and serving as the national project manager for a 4,300-mile, $45M Adelphia turnkey program. Larry's educational experience includes degrees from the Tennessee Technology Center and the Apostolic Bible Institute. He also holds contractor licenses in Arizona , California , Georgia , North Carolina , and Tennessee .

Tim Harris, Senior Director - Installation Services
Tim brings more than 20 years of cable industry operational experience to the table, including time at Viacom and Intermedia. He also spent 4+ years serving as Sr. Director of Operations for Winsett-Simmonds, Inc. In his current position as Senior Director of Installation Services, he is responsible for the overall operations major fulfillment and maintenance projects. Tim ensures that his team of project managers continues to deliver exceptional service to all our customers in the Tennessee region.

Chris Scripter, Senior Director of Construction and Technical Services
After 10 years of service in the United States navy as an electronic technician, Chris entered the private sector, moving into the cable industry. Now with 16 years years behind him, 12 of those in managerial positions, Chris serves as head of our Construction and Technical Services division. One of his major responsibilities is supporting our extensive team of project managers. Chris holds a number of advanced electricity and electronic certifications, and his college experience includes numerous courses in business management.

Glen Keim, Director of Operations - California
A veteran of Charter, AT&T, Cox, Adelphia, Time Warner, Worldbridge, and Media One, Glen has amassed 12 years of experience in the cable industry. He spent 10 of those years in the world of cable system project management. Now, as our Director of Operations, he uses his extensive knowledge of the ins-and-outs of the industry to successfully manage our team in the California region.
